Elite Stylist • Manager • Event Coordinator | @johnnih.hair
With nearly a decade of experience behind the chair, Johnni brings heart, creativity, and leadership to Hair-do. He began his journey with the salon in 2017, drawn in by the unique, welcoming atmosphere—and never looked back. As a stylist, manager, and event coordinator.
He specializes in curly hair, gender affirming hairstyling, and all things color. His favorite part of the job is helping people feel seen, confident, and more like themselves. To Johnni, connection is everything—and he believes the best way to find someone’s perfect style is to be an active, compassionate listener.
His top advice? Condition your scalp. Beauty magazines lie—your scalp needs love too!
Three words to describe Johnni: Alt. Fem. Boy.
Outside the salon, you’ll find him playing Dungeons and Dragons, watching old horror shows, cuddling his cats, going on adventures with his spouse, or getting lost in a good book.

Stylist • Manager | @hairdoaudrey
Audrey knew from the age of 12 that she wanted to do hair—starting out by doing her friends’ hair for fun and later joining Hair-do as an apprentice. She’s since grown into her role as both stylist and manager, drawn to the salon’s inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
She specializes in long cuts (especially shags), creative colors, all-over blonding, and highlights. Audrey is passionate about pink vivids, long bobs, bangs, and anything with a little flair. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with clients and creating styles that fit their personality, lifestyle, and goals.
Her best advice? Do what works for you—every head of hair (and every lifestyle) is different, and the internet doesn’t always get it right.
Three words to describe Audrey: pinky, princess, pookie.
Outside of work, she loves gaming, knitting, roller skating, beach days, and spending time with family.

Elite Stylist
With 25 years of experience behind the chair, Tiffany brings a wealth of knowledge and a personalized touch to every appointment. She specializes in fine hair, precision pixie cuts, women’s and men’s cuts, color services, and also vivid hair colors.
Her personal style? Black, black, and more black. Tiffany believes that every great style starts with an in-depth consultation—taking the time to truly understand her clients’ needs and helping them discover their ideal look.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her metalworking or catching live music shows, always finding inspiration in creativity and self-expression.

Elite Stylist | @thekimberfox
Joyce has been in the industry for over 10 years. They began at Hair-do as a receptionist, eventually stepping behind the chair as a full-time stylist. Now, they’re known for their expert haircuts—especially short cuts and working with curly textures—as well as for their love of balayage and bold, beautiful reds.
They believe the best path to the perfect look starts with “questions, questions, and more questions.” Joyce loves the creative freedom of the industry and the chance to connect with people from all walks of life. Their personal style? All over the place. But one thing’s for sure: they bring humor and heart to everything they do—including just the right amount of light-hearted bullying for their co-workers (don’t worry, they’re all in on the joke).
Their biggest advice to clients? Don’t take your problems out on your hair—rash decisions rarely lead to great styles.
When they’re not in the salon, Joyce enjoys being a pro-wrestler, lifting weights, hanging with their animals.

Elite Stylist | @Hairdotiffanii
With 10 years of experience, Tiffanii brings a relaxed, creative energy to every appointment. She fell in love with hair through her passion for color and self-expression, starting her journey at Hair-do as a client of Kristin’s—and quickly realized the salon felt like family.
She specializes in highlights, vivid colors, grey blending, and all things color. Her favorite part of being a stylist is getting to meet and talk to people she may have never crossed paths with otherwise. To help clients find their perfect look, she focuses on their lifestyle, personality, daily routine, and even what they don’t like—because process of elimination works too!
Her top advice? Don’t fight your hair—lean into its natural beauty.
Three words that describe her: relaxed, dark, whimsy-goth.
Outside the salon, she loves traveling, gaming, bike riding, and—fun fact—you’d never guess she used to sing opera!

Stylist • Content Director | @nicolebboyer
Nicole has always had a deep love for beauty, and when she realized she could turn that passion into a career, there was no looking back. Now a stylist at Hair-do, she’s found more than just a workplace—she’s found a creative, supportive space that feels like family.
She specializes in highlights, vivids, and curly hair, and also feels right at home with balayage and overall color transformations. For Nicole, doing hair is a form of art—combining creativity with connection—and making people feel great is the best bonus of all. Her process starts with a solid consultation, taking time to learn what the client loves, dislikes, and what’s achievable with their hair. Her biggest tip? Never use box dye.
Three words to describe Nicole: alt, cottagecore, fairycore.
Outside the salon, she loves video games, anime, horror, painting, going to the gym—and she’s always down for a good renaissance faire.

Stylist | @Brexpresents
Briana always knew she needed a creative outlet—and after realizing nursing school wasn’t the path for her, she found her true calling in hair. From day one, she knew Hair-do was the salon for her. She loves the welcoming, fun, and understanding environment, and that it’s a place where she can truly be herself.
She specializes in short haircuts, long haircuts, and manicures, and has a special love for the latest vivid color trends. Her favorite part of being a stylist is helping people feel great about themselves while getting to hear their unique stories. Her approach? Ask the right questions—what you do, what you need, and what you really want out of your hair.
Three words to describe Bri’s style: alt, comfy, stylish.
When she’s not behind the chair, she’s painting, shooting hoops, coloring, watching TLC with her mom, and collecting tiny things in tiny bottles (yes, really).

Stylist | @madsdohair
With around 8 years of experience, Mads got into doing hair with one goal: helping people feel more confident in their own skin. After following Hair-do on social media for years, they knew this diverse, vibrant salon was the place for them.
They specialize in vivid colors, blonding, edgy and curly cuts, and updos—bringing both skill and creativity to every service. Their favorite part of being a stylist is watching someone light up when they see themselves in a new way.
Their approach is simple but powerful: talk it out. Listening and collaboration are key to finding a client’s perfect style. Their go-to advice? Never do box dye (trust them on this one).
Three words that describe Mads: colorful, fun, edgy.
Outside the salon, they love reading, painting, hitting the gym—and spending time with their three dogs and six cats (yes, it’s as chaotic and amazing as it sounds).

Hair Traffic Controller • Manager
Jill, aka Jilbo Baggins, is one of our hair traffic controllers! She’s one of the friendly voices you’ll hear when you call our booking line.
She mostly likes spending time at home, but has been known to embark on great adventures from time to time!

Founder • Owner • Stylist | @mishigprocrastinates
In 2008, Michelle opened her first salon after nearly walking away from the industry. For years she struggled to find a safe, supportive place to work—often facing bullying and being taken advantage of. When the opportunity came to take over a salon, she knew she wanted to create the kind of space she had always needed: a home for creativity, inclusivity, and self-expression.
Today, they are proud to own and operate four thriving salon locations in Alabama and Georgia. Known for being quirky, alternative, and unapologetically different. Hair-do is a community of stylists who celebrate individuality and believe that hair is a form of empowerment for each person.
“At the heart of everything we do is the belief that no one should ever feel unsafe or unseen. That’s why our doors are open to everyone. I am so thankful to everyone who has supported us throughout all these years and every person who has ever been a part of our team. None of our success would have been possible without this family”
